This structure exists because regulations, supply chains, and business culture differ meaningfully between countries. A construction project in Oregon operates under different codes than one in Egypt. A manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia requires different permits than a logistics fleet in the United States. Regional management ensures that each operation meets local requirements while maintaining Farag & Co. standards.
