Regional Operations
Turkey
Overview
Turkey operations
Turkey is Farag & Co.’s newest regional presence. A single division operates in the country: Architecture & Real Estate, managed by Alaa Farag. The scope is intentionally focused. Rather than expanding into multiple divisions before the market is proven, Turkey operations concentrate on architectural services and real estate activity where existing relationships and demand support the work.
This is consistent with how Farag & Co. enters new markets. The company does not announce broad ambitions before operations are running. Turkey has one active division because that is what current demand and local capacity support. If conditions warrant additional divisions, they will be added after the foundation is established and producing results.

Although Turkey operates a single division, it benefits from Farag & Co.’s three-country architecture network. Design resources, project knowledge, and vendor relationships flow between Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, giving the Turkish office capabilities beyond what a standalone firm of its size could maintain.
