Overview
The most diverse international region
Egypt is Farag & Co.’s most diverse international region. Three divisions operate in the country: construction and development, architecture and real estate, and agriculture and food production. Egypt is the only country where Farag & Co. operates food production facilities, making it a unique part of the company’s portfolio.
The agriculture division is exclusive to Egypt. It operates fish farms, manufactures and distributes fish food, and runs chicken farm production. These operations are vertically integrated, with supply chains running from production through market distribution. Regional management under Hesham Sheredan coordinates all three divisions, maintaining local compliance and vendor relationships while reporting to Oregon headquarters.
