Services

Every function a company needs, under one roof.

Build

Software Development

We design and build the software that runs our portfolio companies — internal tools, customer-facing products, and the infrastructure underneath both. Our engineering teams work inside the business, not as an outside vendor billing by the hour. That means shorter feedback loops, fewer handoffs, and software built by people who understand the company's actual constraints. We take on projects ranging from a first production system to rebuilding a platform that has outgrown its original architecture.

Design

Good design compounds; bad design is a permanent tax on every future decision. We handle brand identity, product design, and interface design as one continuous discipline instead of three separate vendors. A portfolio company working with us gets a design system, not a one-off logo — something its own team can extend as the business grows, without re-litigating the fundamentals every time a new feature ships.

Marketing

We build marketing that survives past the first campaign: positioning that holds up under competition, content and channels that compound instead of resetting to zero every quarter, and measurement that tells the company what's actually working. Because we operate inside the business, our marketing decisions are informed by the same numbers finance and product are looking at — not a separate agency working from a brief.

Operate

Business Management

As a company grows past what one founder can hold in their head, it needs operating systems: reporting, hiring, process, and the rhythm that keeps a growing team aligned without a meeting for every decision. We build, and where needed directly run, these systems for portfolio companies — the unglamorous infrastructure that determines whether growth is an asset or a liability.

Executive & Operator Advisory

We work directly with the people running a portfolio company — not as an outside board seat offering opinions once a quarter, but as counsel available for the decisions that come up in a normal week: hiring a key executive, resetting a strategy that isn't working, handling a conflict between co-founders. The value is proximity — advisors who already know the business, not consultants meeting it for the first time.

Consultation

Not every problem needs a full engagement. We take on focused, time-boxed consultations for specific questions — a pricing decision, a go-to-market choice, a structural question about the business. These engagements are scoped tightly, priced clearly, and end with a decision the company can act on, not a lengthy report that sits unread.

Fund & Protect

Capital Allocation

We deploy our own capital into the companies we build and back, alongside whatever capital the company raises from other sources. Because we're also operating inside these businesses, our capital decisions are informed by direct visibility into what's working — not a quarterly board deck. We allocate capital the way an operator would: toward the specific bottleneck slowing the company down, rather than a fixed split across departments.

Investments

For companies we don't run day-to-day, we invest directly — equity and structured investment for businesses that fit our thesis of durable, operator-led companies. We're a hands-on investor when a portfolio company wants it and a quiet one when it doesn't. Every investment comes with access to the same in-house teams — software, design, legal, marketing — that our fully-built companies use.

Legal Services

In-house legal counsel for formation, contracts, employment matters, and the decisions that carry real downside if handled wrong. Portfolio companies get a legal function from day one instead of assembling one after a problem forces the issue. We handle the recurring work directly and bring in specialized outside counsel for matters that need it, so the company always knows where a question should go.

Building something, or backing something?

Either way, we'd like to hear about it.
