Production infrastructure, not commodity trading

This division operates vertically integrated food production in Egypt. The operation manufactures its own fish feed, raises fish in pond-based farms using that feed, and operates broiler chicken production facilities. Each stage of the supply chain is owned and operated internally, from feed formulation through market delivery.

The division owns its production infrastructure rather than trading commodities. Fish feed is manufactured for both internal consumption and external sale. Fish farms use internally sourced feed to maintain quality control across the production cycle. Poultry operations run independently with their own biosecurity and processing protocols.

All agriculture and food production operations are based in Egypt. The division operates fish farms, a feed manufacturing facility, and poultry production under the management of Hesham Sheredan. Facilities are purpose-built with support from the Farag & Co. construction division.

Engineering oversight for production facilities is provided by Abdul Malik Al Shandodi and Adil Al Henai, who manage environmental compliance and infrastructure standards across all production sites.
